  • General

    The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you") with Sports Group Denmark A/S, Skærskovgårdsvej 5, 8600 Silkeborg, Denmark, CVR no. 34704074, tel. +45 32 26 61 62, contact@[insert customer service email].com (hereinafter referred to as "SGD", "us" or "we"), on our online brand shops via websites, mobile websites or mobile applications.

    By placing an order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. Please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors in images and color representations, price changes, sold-out items, and obviously incorrect prices.

  • Order

    We have made ordering easier by describing the purchasing process in 7 simple steps below.

    1) Click on the desired items one by one, select the size, and add them to your shopping cart.

    2) Go to your cart and check that the items you have selected are correct in terms of color, size, and quantity.

    3) When you have finished shopping, click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".

    4) Enter all your details under "SHIPPING ADDRESS". Please note that all fields marked with an * are mandatory, as we will otherwise be unable to deliver your order. Remember to tick "Sign up for our newsletter" if you want to be kept up to date with our promotions and offers.

    5) Under "SHIPPING METHODS," select how and where you want your items delivered.

    6) Under "PAYMENT METHOD," select how you want to pay. 

    7) You have now reached "ORDER SUMMARY," which is the last step before your items are on their way to you. We recommend that you review your order one last time. Also, remember to check the box "I accept the applicable terms and conditions." If you have a discount code, this is also the step where you enter the code. To do this, first check the box "Add discount code." Then enter the discount code in the "Enter discount code" field and finish by clicking "Activate." Please note that you cannot combine two discount codes in the same purchase. If you have a gift card, you can also redeem it here. To activate it simply click the "Gift Cards"-check box under the "ORDER SUMMARY". Then enter the gift card code and finish by clicking on "ACTIVATE." You can see the balance on your gift card by clicking on "Check gift card balance."

    Please note that you must use two-factor authentication when shopping online with your payment card.

    You have now ordered your package and can look forward to receiving your items shortly. An order confirmation will automatically be sent to your registered email address. 

    You are responsible for the information you provide when placing your order, as we do not validate or check this information. 

    When you click “Buy”/“Confirm order”, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. You will then receive an order confirmation by email.

    Sports Group Denmark A/S is only bound by your order once you have received an order confirmation from us. Until then, we reserve the right to reject your order in case of printing errors, technical issues, out-of-stock items, or similar circumstances.

    To shop on our webshop, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

    Prices

    All prices in our online brand shops are current prices stated in Euro (EUR) including VAT. We do not offer price matching.

    Changing and canceling orders

    As all orders are processed quickly and via automated processes, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or change orders once they have been placed. 

    If you regret your purchase, please simply return the package using the enclosed prepaid return label. Never send your package without a return label, as this will significantly delay the return process. A new return label can be ordered at [email protected].

    Delivery Methods:

    Delivery: 1-4 business days. Your order is delivered by GLS or Postnord. You have the option to have it delivered to a service point (parcel shop, store, etc.).

    We offer free delivery to parcel shops on all orders over 100 EUR.

    Our normal delivery time is 1-4 business days (Mon-Fri). Once we ship the package from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to track your package.

    If the package is not received within 5 business days after receiving the email with the track and trace number, please contact us at contact@[insert customer service email].com.

  • Right of withdrawal

    As a consumer, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

    The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you or someone who receives the item on your behalf (not the delivery person) takes physical possession of the item. 

    If you have ordered several of our items in the same order, but we have not been able to deliver your items to you at the same time (in the same order), the withdrawal period for the items expires 14 days after the day you receive the last item (in physical possession). In cases where more than one item has been ordered in the same order, but the items are delivered individually, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item.

    If you have ordered an item that consists of several batches or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or part of the item (in physical possession).

    If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal in an unambiguous statement (in a clear and unambiguous manner) – e.g. by email or letter.

    You have complied with the withdrawal period if you send us the notification that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

    What happens when you exercise your right of withdrawal?

    If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund your payment, including any delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal. 

    However, if you have chosen a delivery method other than our standard delivery, we will only refund the part of the delivery costs that corresponds to our standard delivery. 

    We will refund your payment using the same means of payment that you used for your purchase, unless you have expressly agreed to a different form of refund (e.g., a credit note).

    You will not be charged any fees in connection with the refund. 

    You must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You have complied with the withdrawal period if you return the item before the 14 days have expired.

    You must pay your own expenses in connection with returning the item (including shipping). 

    We may withhold your refund until we have received the item or you have provided documentation of your return of the item, whichever is earlier.

    Custom-made items - the right of withdrawal does not apply

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made or have a distinct personal touch (e.g., goods with engravings, embroidery, and the like).

    Payment and security

    When you shop online at www.athlecia.com, your payment is made in a secure environment. No one can read your credit card information or other payment details, as all this data is encrypted in accordance with legal requirements.

    You can verify that this is a secure place to shop in the following ways:

    1) There is a padlock icon in the address bar at the top of your browser, indicating that the connection is secure and that all your information is private.

    2) We use encrypted HTTPS protocol, which is also indicated in the address bar. This type of encryption is the same type of encryption that you find on your online bank, on the SKAT website, etc.

    Payment cards

    At www.athlecia.com, you can pay with all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and debit cards). 

    We always reserve the amount as soon as you place your order, but the amount will only be debited once your order has been processed, and we can never debit an amount greater than what you have approved in connection with the payment.

    Apple Pay and Google Pay

    Both Apple Pay and Google Pay are easy and simple ways to pay with your mobile phone. Payment is quick, and you pay by simply unlocking your phone and approving the transaction by either entering your chosen code, using your fingerprint, or facial recognition when you pay.

    Discount code or voucher

    You can choose to pay for your order in full or in part with a gift card or discount code. When you use a gift card, the amount will be deducted in full or in part as a total discount on your entire shopping cart. If you use a discount code, the discount will be distributed across all items in your shopping cart, except for shipping costs.

    For example: 

    A 10% discount code: You will receive a 10% discount on each item in your shopping cart.

    Please note that there may be different conditions for obtaining the discount. For example, the discount may only apply to selected brands or categories, or may not apply to items that are already discounted.

  • Returns and refunds

    If you have purchased something that does not fit or suit your taste, you are of course welcome to return it. You have a 30-day full right of return from the day you receive your package. For example, when it has been picked up at the selected parcel shop, delivered to your mailbox, or left in a location agreed upon with you.

    If you need to exchange an item, please place a new order at www.athlecia.com. Then send the unwanted item(s) back to us. 

    How to return an item:

    1) Pack your return items and tick them off with the correct return code on the return form (included with your order). If you don’t have a return label, you can create one here: https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/sportsgroupdenmark-.

    2) Close the package securely and stick your pre-printed return label on the package.

    3) Drop off the package at the correct parcel shop and remember to get a receipt for your shipment. The receipt serves as proof of your return. Some carriers send receipts by email.

    As the sender, you are responsible for ensuring that the contents of the return package are properly packed, and you are responsible for the item until we receive it back. You are therefore also responsible for paying for any damage during transit or if the item is lost in the mail during the return shipment. This also applies to the prepaid return label.

    4) You will receive an email confirming the return once your return has been completed. Returns take 7-10 business days.

    Never send your package without a return label and return slip, as this will significantly prolong the return time. A new return label can be ordered at[email protected].

    Your return package must be handed in to the correct carrier, as the individual carriers do not deliver each other's packages. Return packages must not be sent without delivery or cash on delivery.

    Refunds

    All refunds are generally made within 5 business days after your return package arrives at our warehouse. We will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase. 

    Payment cards

    With the exception of MasterCard, where it can take up to 30 days for the money to appear in your account, you should be able to see the refund amount in your account within 5 business days.

    Gift card or discount code

    When refunding items purchased with a gift card or discount code, the refunded amount will correspond to the amount paid for the item after the discount has been deducted. The discount will not be refunded to your account or other items purchased on the same order. If you have paid by gift card, the amount will be refunded to the card. You can check the balance on your gift card by logging into your customer account.

    Returning Christmas gifts

    All items purchased between November 1 and December 23 are considered Christmas gifts, which means that all orders placed during this period can be returned until January 31. 

    Depreciation

    All items must be returned in the same condition as you received them. This means that the items must not be damaged, dirty, washed, altered, or used (other than trying them on to assess size, fit, etc.), and all price tags and labels must be intact. If the item is not returned in the same condition as when delivered (including original tags), we reserve the right to refund you a smaller amount than the original purchase value.

    The above does not apply to approved complaints about items that have already been used.

  • COMPLAINTS and defective items

    All items purchased online at www.athlecia.com are covered by the Sale of Goods Act, which means you have a two-year right of complaint. This means that you have the right to complain to us about defects and deficiencies in the item for two years. 

    Please note that you will lose your right to complain if you remain passive. This means that you must complain immediately after you have discovered the defect or deficiency. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect/deficiency, it will generally always be considered timely.

    If your complaint needs to be returned, please follow the return steps mentioned above under "Right of return and refund."

    Defective and incorrect items

    If your item is defective or if we have delivered the wrong item to you, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can find our contact informationhere

    If your item is defective or if you have received the wrong item, you have the option to choose between:

    a) returning the item and receiving a refund

    b) returning the item and receiving a new, equivalent item (replacement)

    c) keeping the item and receiving a proportional discount

    d) keep the item and have the defect repaired

    The defect or fault must have been present at the time of purchase. This does not necessarily mean that you must have seen the defect/fault when you purchased the item, but simply that the item has not broken due to your use. The right of complaint therefore does not cover normal wear and tear or faults that have arisen as a result of incorrect handling of the product.

    In order to assess whether your complaint should be repaired, replaced, or refunded, we need a brief description of the defect and how it occurred, as well as 2-3 photos of the defect. Once we have received your email, we will process your complaint as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours.

    In order for our customer service to help you if you have received a defective or incorrect item, you must provide your order number, item number, and a detailed description of what is wrong with the item.

    If you have received a defective or incorrect item that you need to return, we will cover the cost of returning the item to us.

    If your item is defective, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply.

  • Colors and measurements

    We make every effort to show the characteristics of the items as accurately as possible, including their composition and actual colors. The color you see depends on your computer system or phone, and we cannot therefore guarantee that your computer displays the colors correctly.

    The measurements of an item listed online at www.athlecia.com are only approximate values to give you a better idea of the model or fit of the individual item—they are not a guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you will receive. The actual measurements of an item may vary depending on the material from which it is made.

    Please note that there may be excess dye on both the inside and outside of products made from leather. There is no guarantee that dye transfer will not occur. However, this can be prevented by impregnating the product. If you wish to make a complaint, please read how to do so in our section "Complaints and defective goods".

    We are not liable to you if, after you have placed your order, circumstances arise that prevent or delay our fulfillment of your order. Such circumstances include external circumstances that humans cannot avert, war, mobilization, breakdown of telecommunications/customer infrastructure, external security incidents (e.g., hacker attacks, computer virus attacks, or destructive behavior by a third party), natural disasters and natural conditions that make it impossible to fulfill your order/purchase, strikes, lockouts, fires, blockades, vandalism, orders from public authorities and/or rights holders, outbreaks of epidemics or pandemics, global health emergencies, and other circumstances beyond our direct control.

  • Complaints

    You are, of course, always welcome to contact our customer service if you have any complaints about a product you have purchased from us. Our customer service can be contacted by phone and email. You can find the contact information here.

    If you wish to file a complaint about a product purchased from us, you may contact the national consumer protection authority or consumer arbitration body in your country.

    We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution / mediation proceedings before a national consumer arbitration body.

    As a general rule, in order to file a complaint, the item you wish to complain about must have cost at least 150€ and no more than 14.000€. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must generally be at least 97€. The amount limits are subject to change.

    You must pay a fee to have your complaint processed by the Consumer Complaints Board.

    Ordering
